FAQs
What happens during a Be True session?
The coach and client will have a chat ahead of the scheduled meeting to discuss the intent and desired outcomes of the session. Then, Susan curates a series of exercises and activities designed to lead each client down the right path. These might include values inventories, skill development, mindfulness and accountability exercises, scenarios and role-playing, and more.
Who would benefit from Be True coaching?
This kind of coaching is designed for the high-achievers who feel like they’re “doing all the right things” — but still don’t feel fulfilled. It’s for the leaders who are tired of the burnout and are ready to lead from a place of authenticity, not obligation. It’s for people navigating transitions — career changes, life pivots — who want to stop spinning and start stepping into what’s next. And it’s definitely for the quiet powerhouses who have been holding back their voice, waiting for permission to show up fully. Here’s your permission. It’s time to show up and Be True.
