Provence is calling

Are you ready to answer?

Five days in the South of France. A 12th-centry priory. Wine, wonder, and the space to reconnect with YOU.

October 5-9, 2026

This retreat is for you if:

You love to travel. You appreciate great wine. You're naturally curious and crave new experiences. And yet — something feels just slightly off. You've been pouring into everyone else for so long that somewhere along the way, you lost a bit of connection with yourself. You feel like you are “going through the motions of life”.

You don't need more willpower. You need perspective, space, and permission to put yourself first. This retreat was created for you.

From Lost in the Transition → To Rediscovering You Now

You’re navigating a career shift, an empty nest, or a new season of life.

Whatever it is — somewhere in the middle of it all, you lost the thread back to you. The things that used to make you smile feel distant. Your sense of direction seems fuzzy. This is where you find YOU again. Not your past version — a fuller one. Reconnect to what matters now, open to wonder, and awake to possibilities you stopped letting yourself see or believe.

Going through the motions → Showing up 100% YOU

Your mind never stops — even when YOUR body and mind are exhausted.

Life is flying by and you're watching it from inside your own head. Overthinking. Second-guessing. Doing all the things and feeling none of them. It's time to quiet the noise, trust your gut, and step into the clarity and confidence that lets you show up — fully, unapologetically, completely you.

Last on your own list → Giving from a full cup

You are the one who feeds everyone — and forget to eat breakfast and lunch..

You hold it all together. You anticipate everyone's needs before they even ask. And somewhere between taking care of everyone else, you forgot to take care of you. This is your permission slip to finally come first. Rest without guilt. Recharge without justification. Because when you're full - everyone feels your magnetic energy.
